Our work

Duo Vert.

Paver restoration, Gatineau and Ottawa · A business in our group.

Every piece we sell runs here first, on a real business with real customers: the website, Google, the CRM, the follow-up, the ads, the photos and the Instagram, built to work as one system.

The starting point

A two-person crew, and every new client on a personal phone.

A pressure washer set up on a paver entrance

Duo Vert restores interlock paver driveways, patios and walkways in Gatineau, Quebec, and across the river in Ottawa. Two people on site, every job. A short season, June to September, so every client who reaches out during it counts.

New clients reached out by phone and text, on personal numbers, with no shared view of who had been called back. About seven clients in ten speak French, and the searches worth winning happen in both languages.
