Who is responsible for your information?

Emile Morissette, founder of Lucia Agency, is the person in charge of protecting personal information. For any question, request or complaint, write to him at [email protected].

How do we collect it?

Only in these four ways:

• The booking calendar on our Contact page, which Cal.com runs for us.
• The optional questions after you book a call.
• The “Build your system” tool on our Services page, only if you send your answers with those questions.
• Emails you send us.

We don't use any technology that identifies you, locates you or builds a profile of you. We don't count or track your visits, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

What do we collect, and why?

• Your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, the time you pick and your time zone: to hold the call and send you the invitation and reminders.
• Your answers to the optional questions (type of business, website, years in business, revenue range, what is in your way, what you have tried, budget range) and your “Build your system” answers: to prepare the call so it is about your business.
• What you write to us by email: to answer you.

We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Can you say no?

Yes. Every question after booking is optional, so skip any of them. Your “Build your system” answers stay in your browser tab until you close it, and only reach us if you send them.

If you'd rather not use the online calendar, write to [email protected] and we'll set up the call by email. All we need to hold a call is a way to reach you.

Who can see it?

Inside Lucia Agency, only Emile Morissette. He also uses AI tools to help manage his inbox and prepare calls, listed below with the other providers.

Outside, the service providers we use to run the site and the calls, each receiving only what it needs:

• Cal.com, for booking: your booking details. Its calendar, shown on our Contact page, may set its own cookies.
• Google (Gmail, Calendar and Meet): your booking details, your answers and your emails, to receive them and hold the call.
• Netlify, which hosts the site: short technical logs like any web host keeps (IP address, browser), to run and protect the site.
• Cloudflare, which forwards the emails sent to our address.
• Anthropic (Claude), the AI assistant Emile uses to sort his inbox and prepare calls: only the emails and answers he asks it to work on.

All five are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Quebec.

How long do we keep it?

If no project follows the call, we delete your booking details and answers 12 months after it. If you become a client, we keep what the work needs, and what the law requires for accounting (six years for tax records). After that, it is deleted.

How do we protect it?

Your information sits only in accounts that Emile controls, and the site is served over an encrypted connection.

What are your rights?

You can ask us, at no cost, to:

• Show you the information we hold about you.
• Correct it or bring it up to date.
• Give you a copy in a common format.
• Stop using it, or delete it.
• Stop relying on your consent, from now on.

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

How do you make a complaint?

Write to Emile first at [email protected]. He answers within 30 days and tells you what was done.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

What if this policy changes?

The dates at the top change with it. If a change matters to you, like a new kind of information or a new service provider, we say so at the top of this page, and we tell anyone who already booked a call by email.
